How To Hide Facebook Reviews
As mentioned in the video above, here are the step-by-step instructions to hide your reviews on Facebook.
After you follow these steps, all of your reviews on Facebook will be hidden – no one will be able to see them.
Of course, this is great for hiding poor reviews, but it will also hide all of your positive reviews, so you’ll need to decide for yourself whether you want to hide all of your reviews or not.
How To Hide Reviews On Facebook
- Go to your Facebook page and click “Settings”
- Click “Templates and Tabs”
- Click on the blue “Reviews” button and toggle it OFF
After you complete these steps, your page will look exactly the same as before, except all of your reviews will no longer show.

How To Delete Facebook Reviews
As of 2023, we are unable to delete Facebook reviews right now.
We don’t know of any method for deleting a negative review on Facebook, other than asking the reviewer himself to remove it.

Start Fresh With A New Facebook Page
Another strategy you can use is to remove your current Facebook page altogether and start a new page.
Advantages To Starting A New Facebook Page
- You get to start fresh and eliminate all reviews (negative and positive)
Disadvantages To Starting A New Facebook Page
- You’ll have to copy/paste any old posts you want on your new page from the old one
- You’ll need to update your website with the new link to your Facebook page
- You’ll have to spend time contacting and capturing 5-star reviews from good clients
This strategy takes quite a bit of work, depending on how much you want to replicate on your new page.
But the big advantage is your negative reviews will be gone.
Reporting Facebook Reviews
If you believe a review’s content violates Facebook’s terms of service, just click the 3 dots next to the review and tap flag or report.
If the review is a violation, Facebook will remove it automatically and no further is needed.
Negative reviews that do not violate Facebook’s terms cannot be removed.
You’ll need to consider one of the other strategies described in this post.
Summary
The easiest way to get rid of 1-star bad reviews on Facebook is to hide all reviews on your Facebook page.
